Parking and the way in
There is a parking lot with handicap spaces in the circle by the sanctuary walkway, along with drop-off points and paved walkways. Two walkways lead up from the lot. The left one goes to the sanctuary foyer; that is the grade-level entrance, with no step to manage. The right one goes to the religious-education wing.
Inside the building
The building is all on one level, with no stairs and no elevators. There are ramps to the entryways, an electric door opener at the sanctuary entrance, and an accessible restroom.
Because everything is on one floor, you can reach the sanctuary, the restroom, the classrooms, and the room where we gather for coffee without going up or down anywhere.
Hearing and sight
For the service itself, we keep large-print hymnals and orders of service, and earphones to help if you are hard of hearing. Service dogs are welcome. Ask a greeter at the door for any of these and they will hand them to you.
Ask us
If there is something you need in order to feel comfortable coming, call us at (207) 747-3299 and ask. We would rather hear from you ahead of time and have it ready.
